Supermodified Racers,

I have been so busy working on the new sponsor attraction coaching programs, (to be launched this month), that I completely forgot to share this video on my Top 5 Strategies to Start Growing Your Racing Career Today which I made for you back in January!

I think this is a great video and I share something that I am going through myself. I have implemented these strategies in my own professional journey and I recommend many of my clients to do the same when they are ready for growth and transition in their racing careers.

My Top 5 Strategies To Start Growing Your Racing Career – Starting TODAY!

  1. Make a final decision, say YES to yourself,  and give yourself PERMISSION that you are no longer going to stay where you are, and make a move and STICK to it. (hint: give yourself “public accountability” by announcing you are putting things in place to move up – it pushes you harder to make it happen!)
  2. Take action on the next step even if the conditions are not perfect “take imperfect action – just take ACTION”
  3. Start putting ALL your time, attention, focus and energies into the next step – make the leap into the bigger fish bowl by starting to go there even if you are not racing yet. ( Law of Attraction: Where your mind flows your energy goes there and that is where you will see the best results for attracting what you want! Start movin’ and shakin’ in the places and people you really want to be racing in! )
  4. Close the door on the old/existing stuff, sell the cars and get them out of your shop “out of sight out of mind” you will not be tempted to go back to that little fish bowl (where you stay small)
  5. Start to get into the circles of people and places that can be a part your next racing goal, bigger races, events, trade shows, etc – you have plant yourself in a bigger pot where your roots have room to expand and you can start to grow and blossom there where you WANT to be
  6. Get with people who support your growth. Once you have put the new stuff in motion stay consistent with it and don’t be tempted to fall back into your old ways with small-minded people trying to hold you back. Get supportive people around you that will help push you forward – stay away from people and places that keep you in that small pot or fishbowl.  This is your future and you need people who are excited and happy for you and even want to move into the bigger fishbowl with you or nurture growth in the bigger pot!

It’s so important that you see this special video today because it means something very special to me and is what I want and hope that you can attain this year this year.

Those of you who know me well or have followed me for a while know that I do not believe in small thinking. I am all about thinking BIG! But it’s one thing to THINK big with all good intentions but implementing these five strategies can help you to actually start to HAVE big things happening in your racing career.  In this video, I give you tips and strategies that can immediately apply while kick starting the growth that you really want for your racing.
