Here’s a guy that had a lot of fun in the early years of supermodified racing. Buddy Miller of Ohio went wheel to wheel with the likes of Gordon and Nolan Johncock, Todd Gibson, Al Wood, Joy Fair, Sammy Sessions, Johnny Benson and lived through those tumultuous times to tell the stories of how he did it.
We had a fantastic time with him at the 47th Annual I-X Center Piston Powered Auto-Rama back in February and thanks to the fantastic photography of Sean O’Kane, we think it shows that he enjoyed himself as well. He’s posing with his restored 1962 vintage supermodified that he’s used to pace the field at a couple of recent events. Thanks to Sean for contributing this pix!
